1. Piston accumulators as emergency power sources must be inspected and maintained frequently to ensure that they are in good condition and ensure safety;

2. The airbag must be inspected regularly for air tightness. The general rule is: the initial use of the piston accumulator, the first week to do an inspection, the first month to check once, after the annual inspection;

3. When the inflation pressure of the piston accumulator is lower than the specified value, it must be inflated in time to ensure that it is always in the best working condition;

4. When the piston accumulator does not work, first check the air tightness of the valve. If it is deflated, it should be ventilated; if the valve is drained, it should be checked whether the airbag is damaged; if the oil valve is drained, the relevant parts should be replaced;

5. Before the airbag piston accumulator is inflated, a little hydraulic oil should be poured from the oil port to achieve airbag lubrication.
